One of our members is traveling a long ways to come see her son.  She can't wait to see him, but says it is always a very emotional time since she is not able to come to Texas very often.  She asks for our prayers to keep her safe on her trip.

I have traveled between New Jersey and Texas three times a year to visit my loved one in prison. I know how exciting yet emotional it can be. I will keep you in my prayers. I am happy to say he was released in January. I pray soon you will be able to experience that too.

Susan,
Thanks for posting this. She will have so many prayers sent up for her
and her loved one. The TIFA families stand together, because we have
all been there. If she comes anywhere near the Tyler Area I can also
extend for her a place to stay and rest if necessary. I just went and
visited my grandson at the Beto Unit. We got our picture taken! He
seems to be doing ok, Just trying to learn his way around a new place,
since his transfer from the Smith Unit. Thanks again to the TIFA
families that have helped and prayed for me. Wanda

Good luck and safe travels on your way to Texas.... may God grant you
the strength to enojy the time with your son and make it very special.
In Gods name Amen and good luck!
