Has anyone on here dealt with interstate compact and transferred a
parole from Texas to another state? Just looking for advice or some
idea of how long it takes. Jack got out January 13 and we are STILL
waiting. They really drug their feet just starting the paperwork. He
signed everyhting June 4th and IC is telling me he is still not in the
system. Aghhhhhh! I am wondering if there is someone we can contact or
anything we can do to speed this up. Our home and life is in New
Jersey not Texas. Jack still feels like a prisoner of Texas. :( Any
help or advice would be appreciated. Thank you!

Doris.....
Why dont you try to contact the Ombudsman... they help in resolving
problems with the inmates families and they can direct you on whom to
call if not them. Just push the issues... it is your right and his as
well.
