For my TiddlyWiki Tutorial (final name yet to be determined) I would
like to identify websites that will host TiddlyWikis. I know of
TiddlySpot. Are there other free hosting sites? Are there any sites
that will host specific adaptations, free or otherwise? Any details
will help my content be as thorough and useful as possible. Thank you.

TW can be hosted almost anywhere that allows you to upload a single
HTML file, and there are many, many places that do this.

If the host service also allows you to upload gif/jpg/png files as
well as html, then you can store embedded images there as well, and
use relative references in your [img[...]] content. Otherwise, you
could upload the images to a separate "file hosting" service, and then
use absolute URLs to refer to the images stored there (e.g., [img
[http://...]]).

If you want to use something like UploadPlugin to update your
published TW document, you will need a hosting service that allows you
to install and invoke a server-side PHP script (store.php) that
receives the updated content and saves it on the server. This also
requires that the PHP script has bee granted permission to write to
the 'target directory' in the server-side filesystem.
