There's quite a few matches for TiddlyWiki on the site already, do we
need to do something new to improve it's exposure?

TiddlyWeb already comes with an (optional) pure-Python server, making
it fully portable:

I'm not sure I fully understand the implications of these questions - so
I'll resort to "yeah, I guess... " for now.
I suggest you just give it a try by following the instructions I linked
to - if anything in particular is unclear, we'd be happy to clarify

We'd also very much welcome that. It shouldn't take much work, as we've
already got things working with Portable Python, so it's more or less a
matter of packaging it up.
