Setting all but one of the TiddlyWiki instances as read-only

Is is possible to set all but one of the open instances TiddlyWiki of
the same TiddlyWiki to read only?
I think that'd be kinda cool, cause then if you were referencing one
of them and editing another, you wouldn't have to worry about
accidentally overwriting the changes.
