Bug in AutoWeavePlugin

Hello,

I encountered the following problem with AutoWeavePlugin:

I created a Tiddler named 'bazaar' with the following contents:

Bazaar is a distributed version control system (DVCS).
Homepage: http://bazaar-vcs.org

When editing it again, the hyperlink became subject of a replacement:

Homepage: Homepage: http://[[bazaar]]-vcs.org

In this form, the link no longer works.

Can this be fixed?
