looking for insights - Tye River (crabtree falls area), Capacon River (berkeley springs, WV)

Looking like I'm doing a 4th of July weekend trip with some friends, renting a house somewhere with mountains and water. I think we missed out on our Shenandoah River spots, looking at a couple further out. 

Anybody ever fished the mountain section of the Tye River? Are we talking pocketwater and brook trout, or different?

Anybody have thoughts on the Capacon near Berkeley Springs, WV? Is it wadeable, or are we going to need boats/canoes?

Hey Andrew -
I've only fished the Cacapon once, but upstream where it crosses Route 50 in Capon Bridge.  It was extremely wadeable there.  I set some kind of personal record with fallfish and creek chubs that day, caught some smallmouth too.  Potomac River Smallmouth is doing a float trip on June 27/28 (overnight optional), I'm on the 27th portion if you want to email me I can give you more details.
