In Tirmizi, it is narrated by Abbaad Bin Mansoor that he said: I heard Ikramah saying that Abdullah Ibn Abbas Radi Allaho Anh had three slaves who were Hajjaam (a person who performs cupping), two of them used to work for him & his family (probably at his garden & to carry the grains & load to his house) & one of those slaves performed cupping. Abdullah Ibn Abbas Radi Allaho Anh reported that Prophet Muhammad Sallallaho Alaihe Wasallam said : "The best of slaves is HAJJAAM (one who performs Hijamah ~ wet cupping), Hijamah takes out the blood, & removes the pain from the back & enhances the vision".

W`alaykum as-Salam Janab Shami Sahab,I am very grateful to you for your prompt notice and kind assurance. In-sha`Allah, I am all willing to go by your advice.I am not sure about my father's cholesterol level, but he is surely obese. Would you advise him to go for a cholesterol test?I am going to ask my father to start applying mushroom water immediately.I understand that it is very difficult, if not impossible, for me to find pure ithmid. I am wondering if you could kindly direct me to the best possible option/alternative. Is it, by any chance, available with you?As for Hijamah, I am planning to invite my parents to Jeddah very soon, in-sha`Allah. It would be excellent if I could request you for an appointment upon my father's arrival here. I hope that it works out, in-sha`Allah.Once again, I am so very thankful for your time and concern. Jazak Allah Ahsan al-Jaza`!Wassalam,Khalid

Bhai Khalid, Assalam O Alaikum,For eye problems, we have Hijamah, Ithmid & mushroom water from Tibb-e-Nabawi (read the attached pdf file). You may find a Hijamah therapist in Pune or Hyderabad (reference can be furnished), or you take a training from me & perform Hijamah by yourself when you travel down to your homeland. Your father needs Hijamah on the head, Akhda'ain & KAHIL. I am feeling that your father has a high cholesterol, it is one of the reasons for eye diseases.Regarding Ithmid, its purity is always doubtful, it is the neglect of entire Muslim Ummah on Tibb-e-Nabawi that Ithmid has been lost somewhere, we should have established some institutions where clinical investigations could prove to the world that medicine of our beloved Prophet Muhammad Sallallaho Alaihe Wasallam has never changed for the last 1400 years & it is precise & perfect in every aspect (because it is a revelation by WAHEE), unlike the conventional medicine that is based on observation / experimentation & which has nullified its own research at innumerable occasions.Ithmid is translated as Sulfide of Antimony, I worked very hard to find pure Ithmid, & I found a source, based on Ibn Al Qayyam's explanation (Ithmid is black, has shiny morsels, fragmentizes easily), it looked OK, it also had the yellow shade of Sulfide. Unfortunately, I could not manage its Spectro-Analysis Test, which can confirm that it is Sb2S3.Abu Ja'fer Al-Ghafiqi wrote that kneading Ithmid in mushroom water is the best option, so that the two blessed cures are combined together, I have done it, it imparts violet color to the eyes like a Maskara & it clears the eyes, one of my friends said that Ithmidee color seems like the color of Jannah. Whenever I use it, it takes out water from the eyes, meaning that fluid pressure around the optic nerve is decreased, hence a healing for Glaucoma.Fresh mushrooms will be easily available in India, always select the white mushrooms as they are safe, you need to take out their juice, filtrate it carefully to separate the pulp & use it as eye-drops, it remains fresh in refrigerator for 3 days after which it should be discarded.

As-Salamu`Alaykum wa-Rahamat Allah Shami Sahab,
I got hold your e-mail address from Hasnain Balouch Sahab. I teach at Effat University.
I need your advice on something. My father, who lives in Lucknow (India), has been diagnosed with Glaucoma. According to the the eye specialist he consulted, the problem has been there for at least around 15 years or so with no treatment whatsoever. We are quite worried due to the severity of the disease. I am wondering if you can help, in-sha`Allah. May be you can suggest something that we can use. I have looked at at your website and you seem to favour Mushroom water and Ithmid together with Hijamah for this disease. However, there is no one practising Hijamah in Lucknow, and we also don't know how to get hold of authentic mushroom water and pure ithmid. Given this situation, would you be able to prescribe something for my father? Perhaps you can give me something and I will try and forward that to India.
I would really appreciate it if you could please advise. May Allah grant you the best reward for that!
Ma`as-Salam
