Fenugreek with Sweet Potatoes

Fenugreek is a miracle of my Allah's creations, its is mentioned in Tibb-e-Nabawi.

 

It is usually cooked with potatoes, but sweet potato is far better when we consider the nutrition.

 

I cooked them today in olive oil, & combined them with barley bread, ohhhhhhh the blessings of Allah can't be counted.

 

Just look at the beautiful colors of my Allah's creations, & we are lucky to be the slaves of the Most Powerful Creator.
