Sattu Omelette

We tried to make Egg Omelette with Barley's Saweeq (Sattu) and it was great, eliminating the need of bread, it tasted like a DOSA.

 

Blend eggs, Saweeq, white mushrooms, onion, tomato, etc. in a food processor, you may add either water OR milk for making it more liquid. I also included Red sesame seeds & Citron Zest. Cook simply like an egg omelette, & the Sattu Dosa is ready. It is not necessary to keep it round like a ROTI.
