You have probably never tasted camel's liver & its hump's fat, when combined together & cooked with olive oil & pomegranate vinegar, the recipe is worth of 10,000 Saudi Riyals, should I name the cooked liver as a Biscuit, a chocolate, a pastry or a cake ??????????
 
Camel's hump fat is more delicious than butter, it melts in your mouth so quickly.
