Assalam O Alaikum,

Bhai Uzair,

You asked me yesterday for Pilonidal Sinus & Allah Became my teacher, it is so strange that I had a patient last night with the same problem & he had undergone Hijamah (from elsewhere) on the lower back before 2 weeks. His pain had not reduced.

So I had to cup him on some new points & cups were applied at green circles as shown in the attached picture.

I called him today in the morning & he reported a big relief. So these points seem more effective.

Come to Makkah, rub your hands with the walls of Ka'abah & pray to Allah that He Creates Shifa in your hands with which you perform Hijamah for Ummat-e-Muhammad, I have done the same at Mehraab-un-Nabi in Masjid-e-Nabawi. When you perform Sajdah at the Mehraab, you lay your forehead & hands upon the ground that was touched by the feet of Prophet Muhammad Sallallaho Alaihe Wasallam (while he was the Imam in prayers).

Bhai Zubair,

It is better for you to take a Hijamah course & many companies in UK are offering the same. I have also taken a certificate (attached) from ICS (International Cupping Society). You may ask them at http://www.internationalcuppingsociety.com/

It is necessary for you to get a document, because many Mahjooms will ask you for a certification.

Regarding the points, you can check Hijamah Atlas 1, 2, 3 at Downloads and I shall be available for help whenever a new patient comes to you.

Slmz dear
Hope you are well I really enjoy reading your articles especially when you attach the pictures which point out the places for cupping.if you have more pictures for different symptoms I would really like to add them to my ever growing portfolio. What's your opinion on a person like me who hasn't taken any courses on hijama but does hijama and I am learning through just experience and advise from more experienced hajams like yourself here in the uk allhumdullilah hijama clinics are opening all over and the emphasis on taking a course is ever growing.

Bhai Zubair,

LNTB is a highly contagious disease, patient should be kept on a strict diet, some of the foods that might help are eggs, meat, milk and milk products. Lemon, pomegranate, Guava, Kiwi fruit, oranges, etc. will provide vitamin C, which aids in healing of wounds. Adequate rest is necessary for speedy recovery. Fresh fruit diet is also recommended. Avoid refined foods such as sugar, refined flour, canned and tinned foods, pies, pudding and refined cereals. Abstain from caffeinated beverages, in addition to pickles, sauces and condiments.

Stop all vegetable oils, only the Olive Oil is OK.

Henna water with honey at empty stomach will be a blessing Insha’Allah, plus Qust-al-Bahri to be taken as 1 teaspoon 2-3 times daily (after meals).

You may cup the patient at the center of chest, with a cup each at right & left. And Hijamah at Akhda’ain & KAHIL is pin-pointed by angel Jibreel, it is the guidance by WAHEE.
