The perfect roasting

Previously, I was always going to a coffee roasting shop for making Barley's
Saweeq (Sattu), but the machine never gave good results, sometimes the
grains were over-burnt & at other occasions, most of remained unroasted.

Finally, I found a guy who roasts peanuts in sand, although his charges were
high but Masha'Allah, the perfection is so beautiful, barley grains burst
like a popped corn grain. I hope that the picture will please your heart.

It is the best method of roasting Barley.

Barley & its derivatives (Barley bread, Talbinah, Saweeq, Hais, Thareed,
etc.) are powerful enough to heal your problems without medicine.
