Narrated by Abu Hurairah Radi Allaho
Anh, that Prophet Muhammad Sallallaho Alaihe Wasallam said : "Whoever believes
on Allah & the last day (Qiyamah), then he should only speak the KHAIR (good
words that can earn Hasanaat for him) OR he should remain silent, & whoever
believes on Allah & the last day (Qiyamah), then he should be kind to
his neighbours, & whoever believes on Allah & the last day (Qiyamah),
then he should be kind to his guest". (Reported by Bukhari &
Muslim).
The Arabic word YUKRIM can't be translated
properly, because vocabulary of English is very limited.
Ikraam is from Karam, which covers all
the kind behaviour that can be provided to other humans, either the
neighbours or the guests.
It is the emphasis of Allah, How your LORD
Combined the BELIEF on Himself & belief on the last day with :
-
Speaking the KHAIR (good words that can
earn Hasanaat) OR to remain silent
-
Being
kind to neighbours
-
Being kind
to guests
No doubt, these 3 medicines can keep the
body & heart (soul) in perfect health.
Good behaviour & good manners are a part
of Tibb-e-Nabawi.
