Alaikum,
We can't say that tobacco chewing
created clots in his head within few minutes, those clots were residing since
many years, and the immediate rise in blood pressure / heart pulse rate moved
the clots to a position which blocked oxygen supply to the brain.
As the head surgery has already
been done, it is too late, at some occasions, head surgery imparts memory loss
as well. Opening the skull is so sensitive, & it should never be
adopted, Hijamah should be performed & all the clots will
drain out easily Insha'Allah.
For the patient's forgetfulness,

يُروى عن علىٍّ
أنه قال لرجل شكا إليه النسيانَ: عليك باللُّبان، فإنه يُشَجِّع القلبَ،
ويَذْهَبُ بالنِّسيان. ويُذكر عن ابن عباس رضى الله عنهما أنَّ شُربه مع
السُّكَّر على الريق جيدٌ للبَوْل والنِّسيان. ويُذكر عن أنس رضى الله عنه أنه
شكا إليه رجلٌ النسيانَ، فقال: عليك بالكُنْدُر وانقَعْهُ مِن اللَّيل، فإذا
أصبحتَ، فخُذْ منه شربةً على الرِّيق، فإنه جَيِّدٌ للنِّسيان.
It was reported that once a man
complained to Ali Radi Allaho Anh that he forgets, so the 4th
Caliph said to him, "Resort to the Lubaan, because it strengthens the heart and
removes forgetfulness". In addition, it was reported that Ibn Abass Radi
Allaho Anh said, "Drinking Lubaan with sugar on an empty stomach is
favorable for the mind and helps against forgetfulness, it was reported further
that Anas Radi Allaho Anh said to a man who complained to him
of forgetfulness, "Resort to Kundur (Lubaan), soak it overnight and in the
morning take a sip of it on an empty stomach, because it is good against
forgetfulness".
So purchase the Lubaan & send it to India immediately,
you should only select Lubaan Laami.

One of my
relatives working in Jeddah went on vacation Two weeks before met with a self
accident after having four packs of PAAN together with tobacco result of
which he immediately fell down became unconscious and got two/three blood
vomiting and also got invisible head injury. He was rushed to one of the
famous hospitals in Hyderabad and as per medical report he got
blood clotted on two places in his brain and about 12 hours head operation
took place. However, just today he was shifted from ICU to another ward
but the problem is he is not recognizing people, his partial memory is lost.
He is recognizing his wife but not recognizing his children and started
talking in Arabic language. your suggestion is requested.
