Assalam O Alaikum,
People & their anger can be
classified in 4 categories:
-
Some people get angry very quickly, but
then neglect their anger & forgive very quickly
-
Some people get angry
very quickly & loose the anger very slowly
-
Some people get angry very slowly, but
loose the anger very slowly
-
Some people get angry
very slowly, but then neglect / forget their anger very
quickly
Type 4 are the best humans, while
Type 2 are the worst.
We have Adrenal glands above the kidneys,
while a person is under stress, these glands release adrenalin (a hormone) in
our system, that can terribly increase heart beat and blood pressure, physical
strength might be felt increased, although spiritual strength decreases. Our
intellect or power to reason disappears, and things we would not justify in a
normal state become acceptable.
Anger is controlled by Istighfaar, Wadhoo, Salaat, changing the
position while angry, remaining completely silent, if you will start speaking,
then the things will be beyond your control.
Causes of ANGER : Wrong foods, especially animal proteins
from improper slaughtering of animals is the major cause, plus Acidic foods
/ drinks that include over-burnt , over-fried, over roasted dishes, excess of
spices, soda drinks, tea & coffee, refined carbohydrates that result in
constipation, filling the stomach to its full desire, etc.
Hijamah on the head (5 points ~ H, Y, Q, A1, A2),
Kahil, middle back (Endocrine Zone) and lower back will help
Insha'Allah.
And the daily diet chart starts with honey in moderately cold
water at empty stomach, Talbinah in breakfast, skipping the lunch, soft
vegetable curries cooked in olive oil at the dinner (with barley bread), animal
proteins should be taken once a week only.
"T19" is our strongest blend for excessive anger, it flushes
out un-necessary chemicals from the body. In fact, "T19" is the
all-rounder, you take it for a certain disease & many other problems will be
fixed automatically.
