First of all, I want to thank you so much for developing this program. I
have started to use it to keep a log of my work activities and it has been
really useful to me.
I am writing this "issue" simply to suggest a new feature. The fact is that
the application does not keep any time stamp of the creation of each entry.
I think that it could be useful, specially in my case that I am creating
several entries per day.

Is this just something that is hidden from the UI? Or maybe displayed, but
not editable? I don't think this would be difficult to add, but help me
understand the use-case here.
