Heavy use of ThotKeeper can lead to large journal files that become
unwieldy to navigate (and, I confess, a bit slow to load). ThotKeeper
could allow the user to split a journal file, archiving entries older than
some date (specified by the user) to another file (also specified by the
user), and purging those entries from the current journal file.
