You might consider PHPFog. Their free tier caps MySQL databases at 20MB,
obviously too big for you, but after that they only charge $2/GB/mo.

The tricky, part, however, is moving your existing database *to* PHPFog
since they don't offer SSH access and even if their phpMyAdmin wasn't
limited to 30MB for imports you probably wouldn't want to try uploading it
through the browser. (I've been fussing with this myself for a couple days
and wishing ThinkUp had more import/export functionality but I think we're
probably an edge case.)

Heroku also has ClearDB, billed as its "database-as-a-service in the cloud
for your MySQL powered applications," but its free tier offers only 5MB
($10/mo. for 1GB).

The solution I settled on eventually is asking around until a friend gave
me a corner of his server to put my ThinkUp install on. Not a solution that
scales well, alas.
