The idea of printing supportless I really like. But, to keep the print neat... I keep making the chin less and less pronounced and he loses his character.
Is there a setting that helps print slightly steeper overhangs, without needing support structure?

possible overhang angle is approximately atan(width / height / 2) -
this is the width and height where the center of each perimeter is
over the edge of the one below.
This tells us that increasing width or reducing layer height improves
overhang angles. If your cooling works well, then practice bears this
out :)

possible overhang angle is approximately atan(width / height / 2) - this is
the width and height where the center of each perimeter is over the edge of

This tells us that increasing width or reducing layer height improves

Thanks guys.... but eh... "experiment" I of course already do, and the math is well... I don't know... I wouldn't really know how to apply the math to specific settings in the Replicator-G software that came with the Makerbot.
I was kind of hoping for "try putting setting x a bit lower (but no lower than x) and setting b a bit higher (but in my experience no higher than y)".
