Subject: How much clearance for functional gear model to work?

Hello folks. I am using a Replicator Dual with ABS. My goal is to print a
fully-assembled planetary gear model, and I want it to work. What are the
recommended clearances I should allow for the gears/shafts? Also, how can I
print in 2 colors, and how can I print multiple models at once?

Many thanks in advance!

not sure about the replicator, but 0.05mm generally works great for me
on my prusa.

When I printed my monster planetary gears I didn't allow for any clearance
and I wish I had - took a while to work them in
