Coldblood and Iron Man have never crossed paths in the comics. It seems unlikely that Dale will be playing this character. I have a suspicion that this character may be a version of Mallen from the "Extremis" story, who was a domestic terrorist who "upgraded" himself into a living weapon with the Extremis Enhancile, as "Extremis" has been rumored as the inspiration for this film.
