This genuinely surprises me, considering that there will be so many alternatives to the iPad (the iPhone really didn't have a direct competitor, various Blackberry models offered too different an experience). There are literally dozens of other tablets coming out, and the iPod touch would seem to be the same thing just with a smaller screen. I can't see the value in buying any tablet until the product line matures a bit.

I want to see some real user feedback on the device before I totally
pass judgment on the iPad.

The MS Courier looks interesting too. JooJoo could be nice too if it
gets past the vaporware stage.

Should be fun to watch the market during the next couple months.
