message to invite contacts to be on advisory committee

Hey everyone,
Just wanted to share this message I'm sending to some personal
contacts, in case others wanted to use the same format to invite them
to our next meeting on March 13:

Hey
I wanted to let you know that we're trying to make it easier for new
people to get involved at The Hacktory. One way we are working on that
is to create more structured advisory chair positions, which will be
filled in 3-month commitments. I'm letting you know about this because
I think you could add some great energy and ideas to The Hacktory, and
that you would do an awesome job in one of these positions (whatever
one you prefer):

President
Secretary
Finance Chair
Marketing Chair
Facilities/Logistics Chair

We hope to start the first quarter with these new-ish advisor roles in
April. We expect that many of our long-time volunteers will step into
some of these roles, but we would like new people to get involved. If
you are interested in being on our advisory committee or finding out
more, please come to our next organizer meeting on Tuesday, March
13th. We start each meeting with a potluck at 6, and the regular
meeting starts at 7 pm.
