Subject: Hacktory Spring goals
Hi all,

On Tuesday we had a cozy organizer's meeting.  One of my to-do's from
that meeting was to compile a list of what-all we have going on this
spring.

Now:  Give Georgia feedback on the Bits of Bytes poster
April:  If successful, start working on Knight Foundation stuff.  Redo
budget and make a fundraising plan.  (Start Kickstarter?)
April:  Write Honda Foundation grant
April:  Plan and source funding for summer camp??
April 1:  Final design for Bits of Bytes and Know Your Circuitry posters
April 5: Posters go to print
April 14:  Arduino Show and Tell http://www.thehacktory.org/?p=2115 -
this needs
  promotion!
April 15-28:  Phila Science Festival
April 20-28:  Philly Tech Week
April 25: Tech Week happy hour with Blue Cadet
May 1: Honda Foundation grant due
May: Arduino and Max MSP
May 19:  Kinetic Sculpture Derby
July 13-15: HOPE
(actii?  Not sure what I wrote down)
June/July/August:  Summer camp?

We don't have specific plans for Science Week, the Sculpture Derby, or
HOPE.  Any ideas for those that we can actually pull off in the time
allowed, are appreciated.  Also? any summer festivals where it would
really make sense for us to make a showing?
