Our company, Scribe (www.scribenet.com), is a for-profit company.  We
are working on the development of e-books and creating e-books in a
way that takes advantage of technology.

In addition, we are doing some e-book development from the Web (and
for the Web) through Drupal interfaces often developed using PHP.

We are looking for developers who are solid, but who have a strong
capacity on the creative and artistic side.

We have found plenty of competent developers, but none that fit the
bill.

Does anyone have any advice?
