hey all. hows tricks? life treating you all good i hope. experiencing
a rare thing here in ireland right now... sun. no rain. no wind. just
sun. its been a beautiful easter! lots going on. lots of juggling of
schedules with the film release coming in may and the lads out on the
road now in america. glen really has no time to draw breath between
frames / once / trying to have a life - but its all good and i dont
hear him complaining. world of film (w.o.f) is definitely a different
beast to world of music - all interesting stuff! after the frames
tour finishes in america, glen will be joined by marketa and john
carney (the film director) and together they will be touring america
with the film release (schedule as it stands below, but might be
subject to change, so check local stuff for any updates). we are
rapidly getting the soundtrack together which will be released
hopefully may 15th or possibly may 22nd if we're late, and is going to
be on canvasback in the states at least. it might be a little later in
other territories, but thats the way w.o.f works - america first, most
other places a wee bit later... i'll let you know as soon as i know
the schedule for the rest of the world, so be patient please.
soundtrack will most likely consist of the following tunes (in no
particular order). our rob has been doing the recording and mixing
with glen just prior to the american tour, with the help of the
following musicians - glen of course and marketa - interference for
gold which is a beaut - and there are some frameros on a few of the
tracks too...

when glen gets back from america the frames are most happy to announce
two hometown dates at vicar street on the 27th and 28th may. as our
schedule is soooo very busy at the moment i dont know when we will be
back to tour in ireland for those that are asking, but its probably
gonna be some goodly while til we're around again. so, if you're
desperate for a fix - come along in may!

A screening of ONCE.
John, Glen and Marketa will participate in a Q&A session with the
audience. Glen and Marketa will conclude the night by performing some
songs from the film. More information on the venues and how to get
