a 25yr old lady with H/O recurrent chest pain..palpitation,breathlessness..of garde 2..some time grade 3 i.e on minimal exertion..with long standin h/o untreated anemia...h/o SLE in the fly..persistent Hb level of avereage9.5g..with the h/o menorrhagia but regular cycle.with jt.pain-knee&ankle..but no swelling..,
o/e pallor +,cvs-occassional eje.click
..usg normal
ecg-normal except for bradycardia of 41/min
echo-normal
rbc,wbc,platelets-N
PS-NCNC,SERUM TRANSFERIN SATU=V.LOW
SERUM IRON-LOW,TIBC-NORMAL
LYMPHOCYTES-increased-55%
pcv-10%
mcv-N.MCH&MCHC-decreased
,esr-48 mm/hr
blood urea,serum creatinine,thyroid profile,serum calcium-within normal limit
pl help in diagnosing

hello,
anemia per se can give rise to the symptoms (palpitations, chestpain
joint pain & breathlessness), so increase her hb, stop menorrhagia
