please help

dear friends, iam an assistant surgeon joined under 10a1 category in
tamilnadu. iam writing this letter out of desperation. few more
doctors have also joined along with me. almost all of us are being
mentally harassed by the incharge medical officer. we r humiliated in
front of the patients. she says we know nothing and that we r idiot
doctors and she also ordered us to clean the op table after we finish
the op. she called us and asked if she could go and check if we have
cleaned the table or not. she keeps finding fault on us. we go to the
op at the right time, do the duty sincerely where as the incharge
hardly does anything other than humiliate us.please give ur valuable
advice on how to face this problem legally. please help us and please
tell us if she has the right to do this to us just because she is the
incharge medical officer.
