Help needed to print a form via computer

Dear all,

At my office, I have an A4 size form/document, which has blanks to be filled in. Colleagues for now, punch the information in these spaces via 'manual typewriter'.

Is there any solution by which i can get the blanks in this document filled in via computer ? ..So basically looking for an option where we can have the document

on desktop/screen with an option to "input text" in the blanks spaces (as is there on the document) ...BUT at the time of printing, only the text in the blanks we

put onscreen should get printed, as we will use the form/document in the printer, having the blank spaces to be printed on & hence be filled.

If its a MS word document, then fill it using MS Word before printing
it.

If its a pdf file, then use one of these websites to fill it before
