Discovering during a recent trip to the Colorado Rockies that if you
wander at night as far away from people and light as your snow shoes
can carry you, things become more simple. Yes it is cold and the wind
is blowing so strongly your tears start to freeze. But if you find an
area where the snow is deep you can just lay down. Once your body
submerges beneath the surface of the snow the wind just blows over you
and your body can comfortably keep itself warm. Once your are there
look up. Hopefully the moonlight will not overwhelm the light from the
vast amount of stars. Just take it all in for a minute. Or two.

That is how my search is going.
