THANK YOU for being a part of the Fall Festival Saturday and Sunday, Oct. 10 and 11, 10 a.m. to 5 p.m. with a campfire 7 p.m. Saturday night at the Shawnee Indian Mission, 3403 W. 53rd. FESTIVAL INFORMATION FOR ENTERTAINERS
PARKING. Free parking at Bishop Miege High School, just north of the Mission.
SET UP. Please move your vehicle to the parking area as soon as possible after unloading.
WHAT TO WEAR. Weather appropriate, comfortable clothes.
ALCOHOL. Alcoholic beverages are not permitted on the Shawnee Indian Mission site.
BATHROOMS. There will be rented facilities throughout the site exterior.
DOGS. Because of large crowds, we ask festival attendees and participants not to bring dogs.
SECURITY. You are responsible for your own equipment. The site staff will not be guarding items over night; however, the Missouri Free Trappers will be camping on the site Friday and Saturday and area police have been notified about the festival.
REGISTRATION. Please go to the Information Booth for hospitality room passes, lunch coupons, maps, last-minute information, etc.

AGENDA
Friday: Set up for some. Note that Channel 9 news will be on site filming about the festival.

7:30am Staff will be on site.
9am: All cars must be parked away from booths, information tables, living history sites, etc.
10 am: Event starts.
5 pm: Festival ends.
7pm: Campfire

From northeast or east: take I-35 South (I-70 to I-35) south from the east) to the Mission Road Exit. Go south on Mission Road to 53rd Street. (St. Agnes Church is at this corner). Turn right (west) onto 53rd Street. (Mission Road overlaps 53rd at this point). Shawnee Indian Mission is about two blocks. The East Building with parking lot is where the administration office is located.
