Chapter 7 xsl files missing

Dear experts,
The xsl file of chapter 7, mentioned in small time enrichment
paragraph:
PatientAppointmentServiceProcessResponse_To_AppointmentRequestsLog.xsl
seems not to work properly, as I receive a run time error:

ORAMED-01201:[Error in transform operation]Error occurred while
transforming payload using "xsl/
PatientAppointmentServiceProcessResponse_To_AppointmentRequestsLog.xsl"
for target part "body".Possible Fix:Review the XSL or source payload.
Either the XSL defined does not match with the payload or payload is
invalid. Cause:XML-22036: (Error) Cannot convert result tree fragment
to NodeSet.

I cannot find the reference xsl files of the book in the source code
zip files to compare them.

without any success.
On page 63 of the 7th chapter online supplement, part 1, some steps
are missing.
That is right click and set text for the doctorId element and
inserting a for-each tag.
What else could I be missing?

for-each tag is not necessary, the image is rather misleading.
Instead of adding the appointmentIdentifier element, one needs to edit
the xsd, only to change its type from int to string.

Thanks for your reactions. Apologies for not responding any sooner. I
will take a look at both the chapter complement as well as the source
files to ensure they are correct. Unfortunately I will not have time
for this before Christmas. Note that I am currently sending additional
resources as attachments to forum messages - the only way Google
allows me to add content to this group.
