Compilation error in Mac Os X

Hi all,

I am trying to compile the book in Mac OS X Snow Leopard with the
latest Lyx and MacTex.

When I am running Make and I get the following error:

! LaTeX Error: Unknown graphics extension: .eps.

See the LaTeX manual or LaTeX Companion for explanation.
Type H <return> for immediate help.

? ^Cmake: *** Deleting file `master.aux'


Perhaps there is a problem with "Traditional Model" image? Could the
whitespace be the root of this problem?

Are you using pdflatex or regular latex? IIRC, there's some disparity between the supported formats on the two.
