Source Downloads that matches Book source listings

Much help for new Lift learners like me if the source listings as
detailed in the Lift Book are easily found & downloaded.

Following the book, source codes pulled running the maven commands
(hello world) is not exactly the same as the listing in the book. I'm
also having a hard time following the book's discussion of the
Pocketchange source listings because the one downloaded from github
has changes or is of different version already.

May I suggest/request a hyperlink in the book that takes you the
download page of the source code version that matches the one in the
book.

I'm working on updating both PocketChange and the book to Lift 2.0, so there may be some mismatches. I would greatly appreciate it if you could point out places where things don't match up so that I can fix them.
