Subject: iphone sync workaround: THL + iCal + Appigo To Do + Appigo Sync
I love THL and have replaced OF with it on my mac. But I have been
waiting and waiting for the iphone app. I need sync. Tonight I finally
got it. THL syncs both ways with ical todos... instantly. I saw that
Appigo makes a (free) sync app that runs on your mac to allow you to
sync their To Do app in the iphone via WiFi. I purchased their To Do
app, downloaded and installed the sync application... and (Drum Roll
Please) it works! And I can sync with multiple macs! Contexts and tags
simply show up on the task line in To Do on the iphone. Still looking
forward to THL for the iphone, but for now... I'm pretty happy.

This workaround has been suggested a few times on here in the last
several months. Not trying to rag on you, just an FYI! Someone should
probably sticky one of the older threads on this.

Thanks Grant. I found some of the other posts. Some clear, some less
clear. Either way... It works and I want to add the following. When
you make entries on your iphone in ToDo, just use the format "to do /
tag @context" in the entry and when it is synced to THL your entry
will be tagged and contexted correctly on your desktop. Kudos to THL
for the inline tagging here. And you're right. Someone should sticky
this solution or make a page describing it. It actually works quite
well.
