Jason will be hosting our 20th tasting AND our first spirits tasting this Friday, May 4th for "Quarto de Mayo." We will be delving into the world of Tequila - often mixed, but overlooked for sipping by most. We will have Tonic and Soda for you to make easier to drink samples if you so choose. Jason will be cooking some traditional Mexican food and serving some cervezas. Holler back if you are coming!
 
What to wear: Mexican attire
Where: 1081 Nelson's Walk
When: Friday, May 4th at 6:30
What to bring: $10
Tequila: 3 to be determined kinds
Food: Empanadas, tacos, and more!
 
Get pumped for Friday with this jam....
Hope to see everyone Friday and also tonight for grilled cheeses and Heineken!

We will be there, and I understand the Cinco de Mayo theme a day early, but it is actually another holiday, Star Wars Day- May the 4th be with you!

Not missing out on an opportunity to sip on some exotic tequila with Jason Schwartz, Esquire! I'll be early and stay late. Jason better hid all the breakables, dinosaur teeth, etc.

For you history buffs: Cinco de Mayo is a celebration of the Mexican army, led by General Ignacio Zaragoza, defeating an invading French army in the Battle of Puebla in 1862. Saturday marks the 150 year anniversary. 

Be there around 8:30/9 as I will begin the celebration with un partido de fútbol.

Also, Ryan thoughtfully picked up a gift for the squadron which will be presented at la Casa de Schwartz.
