he's been hearing about Tuesday's elctions. Henry also addresses the
Health Care Bill being rammed through the Congress by Speaker Nancy
Pelosi and why the Congress doesn't want the '72' Bill stating
Congress and the American people would have time to actually READ the
Bill coming up for a vote. Henry also talks about the Afghanistan
situation and what might or might not be happening there.
Time next for Culinary Specialist Seaman Anna Stucke from Grapevine,
TX who calls us from aboard the USS New York which is docked in New
York City for the Commissioning Ceremony on Nov. 7th and also for
Veterans Day on Nov. 11th. Seaman Stucke is the person who is baking
all the special cakes in the shape of the USS New York for the
Ceremonial dinner aboard the ship for dignitaries and invited guests.
Then we speak to Andy Mandell, known as "Mr Diabetes," and he tells us
what it was like to walk 10,000 miles across America. He also fills us
in about the Defeat Diabetes Foundation and the work they are doing
with both civilians and veterans alike across the area.
Our next guest is 7 time Oklahoma Congressman Ernest Istook, now a
Distinguished Fellow with the Heritage Foundation, who tells us that
'Conservatism is alive and well', especially after Tuesday's
elections. He also enlightens us as to why Nancy Pelosi does not want
to listen to the message that election sent our politicians in
Washington, DC.
We finish up with 'Earl Pitts', our 'Strange News of the Day' and
'Kat' who drops by to let us know about the upcoming Friday Night
Highschool Football games and more.
