Attached is a Houston Law Review (2004) article that covers a lot of
bases about the legal rights to Country Names outside national
jurisdictions (i.e. international law) and subsequently towards ccTLD
I wont prejudice your reading, and I haven't seen anything that I can
recall that rebuts the research shown in the article.

Niufo'ou - Another step forward

FYI.
The computer and satellite equipment (excluding dish) have arrived. We
inventoried the equipment, including 3 x HP PCs with 19" LCD screens
Monday morning and apart from drooling over the equipment, all the bits
and pieces are there.
Next phase is for TCC staff to check the equipment.
After that, we're waiting on a boat to take the stuff to Niuafo'ou.
