Try holding down the shift key when you launch TW (per User
Manual p34)

You can also try removing the filename from ~/Library/Preferences/com.barebones.textwrangler.LSSharedFileList.plist or ~/Library/Preferences/com.barebones.textwrangler.plist, although doing that is at your own risk.
