Will you be guaranteed that Item C will start with a line full of all-caps letters? I see words within Item B (words in red) which have an initial capital letter, followed by lowercase ones.
If you use '(' and ')' to group your first search, you can store it in the '\1' variable.
If you use '[' and ']' square brackets to search for characters after Item A that start with a capital letter and extend to the last period, you could use '^[A-Z][^.]+\.' and that will span multiple lines in its search. Then you can just leave Item C by itself.
