Reopening the Clipboard Workspace

When I close the Clipboard Text window, I don't see a way to reopen
it.

Have I missed something?

Nope. Didn't miss anything. Right now, there is no way to get back the
clipboard workspace without relaunching the app.

If you close the clipboard workspace, the application automatically
quits... that is, unless you have a text document window open as well.
The two systems sort of conflict with each other.

I'll log the issue (I actually don't think it's been logged before. I
sort of knew about the problem, but never logged it and no one has
brought it up until now).
