Dear All,
I am a beginner of TETRAD. I want to run TETRAD in command line because I have several input files to deal with. More specifically, I want to run PC and GES on my data. I cannot find a manual or introduction on the command line version.  Is there anyone who can give a manual on the command of TETRAD? Thank you very much.

The attached document describes how to do it, though you should probably use the latest jar in the downloads directory, not the one listed in the attached. Sorry for not getting around to making command line easier. It's a big project and I haven't had the time. But this should be useful for what you want.
