Hi, I'm a newbie in using TETRAD for causal inference. As I'm trying to use IMaGES over command line in a similar fashion with other algorithms, it gives me the error:

"no algorithm was specified"

After checking the workshop tutorials, it was said that IMaGES uses a different command line interface. Where could I find it? Thanks.

I'm attaching the instructions, which are a bit outdated at this point, since new jars have been posted. So download the jar on this page:

http://www.phil.cmu.edu/projects/tetrad/current.html

then adjust the script above, then use the instructions in images.1. Should work.

Best,

Joe
