Issue when loading Watir-WebDriver project in testwise IDE

Hi,

I launched TestWise IDE and when I try to open Watir-Web driver project, I am getting message window saying "Watir is already loaded, please close testwise and reload this project, superclass mismatch for class UnknownObjectException".

Even when I close the IDE and start it again. I am getting same message when the IDE is loaded.

Please let me know how the solution to work around this issue and proceed with Watir-Webdriver project execution.

Hi there,

Try this,

open c:\Program Files\TestWise\testwise.properties to edit.

Change to watir-webdriver = true

#-----------------------------------------------------------------------

# Watir framework: pure Watir or Watir-WebDriver, can't co-loaded

#-----------------------------------------------------------------------

watir-webdriver = false

Hi Larry,

We will be releasing a new version of TestWise Pro with easier switching between Watir and Watir-WebDriver, in a day or two.

Hi Larry,

TestWise Pro v3.5.1 is released. 

To use Watir-WebDriver in TestWise,  go to menu Tools -> Use Watir-WebDriver, then restart TestWise to create new or open a Watir-WebDriver project.
