Eclipse plugin on 3.5.1 x64 fails

I just installed Eclipse 3.5.1 x64 on a vista 64bit machine. Eclipse
is launched with jdk1.6.0_17_64bit JVM. I'm trying to install the
TestNG plugin (ver 5.9.05 from http://beust.com/eclipse) for an
upcoming training session, but the plugin install fails. This thread
looked like the best bet for help. I tried the beta site at
http://beust.com/eclipse/beta, but eclipse did not find a repository.
Has anyone encountered the same issue? Here is the error I get...

I contacted Cedric and he suggested I try this group.
btw the plugin install works fine in Eclipse 3.4.2
