Can the TestLink add a prefix to a database table name?

Can the TestLink add a prefix to a database table name?
When I installed TestLink in a rental server,only one database is
usable.

Unfortunately this is not a feature currently supported by Testlink.
Please file a feature request in our bug database at
http://testlink.org/mantis
