Francisco,
two questions:
1. I see removed support for 1.7->1.8 migration. Is there a reason? I think that the option should be here.

2. I would like to rename top menu link 'Home' to 'Project' and modify the menu this way:
Project | Specification | Execution | Requirements | Reports ... of course also Search | Personal | Logout

The menu will be fully defined in configuration (I.e. customizable).

no problem, please re-enable it

ok, as usual I suggest to copy some code from Mantis, where user can add also
his/her own menu.
only one issue:
menu items are role dependent , then when you talk about customization you are thinking only on LABELS ?
