Documentation: I agree; I'm working on it.
Conversion tools: I agree; I plan to work on it.
ScrollView: I'm not personally interested in disabling it, but if you have
a patch to
send back I'll look at it.

I am closing this issues as fixed ;-) because:
1. r319 svn code for not final code for 3.00 tesseeract (r496)
2. GRAPHICS_DISABLED is (should be) fixed in r687
3. there is documentation for training tesseract 3.0x
4. Tesseract-dev forum is right place for this kind of discussion.
