Terrastore 0.2 has been released!
Here are the highlights:
- Push-down predicates.
Push-down predicates on values are now supported by simply specifying
the predicate type and expression; predicate types can be easily
implemented and configured on the server.
Terrastore provides a ready to use implementation based on JXPath
- Improved and richer range queries.
Range queries performances has been greatly improved by providing
snapshot-based computation of the key range, with user-controlled
Moreover, range queries now support predicate expressions, in order to
filter the selected range by document values, and an optional limit
for selecting only a max number of elements or, in case no end key is
provided, all elements from the start key up to the limit.
- Easier customization.
Predicate conditions, comparators and update functions can be
configured in separated, easier to manage, files.
- Improved memory management during changes on cluster topology (i.e.
joining of new nodes).
Explicit flush of re-balanced entries in order to reduce memory consumption.
